Forge provides a construction project management platform connecting contractors and homeowners. Our services include project tracking, invoicing, scheduling, and communication tools.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
You may not share your account credentials with others

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Upload malicious code or interfere with the platform

5. Payment Terms

For paid features, you agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription. Payments are processed through Stripe. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Contractor-Homeowner Relationships

Forge facilitates connections between contractors and homeowners but is not a party to any agreements between them. We do not guarantee the quality of work performed or the conduct of any user.

7. Limitation of Liability

Forge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may also close your account at any time through your settings.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
